At Bin Kahe, customer satisfaction is paramount. Requests for returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and with all tags and original packaging intact.
Customized or sale items are non-returnable.
Returns are permitted in cases of wrong item, damage during shipping, or manufacturing defects.
Requests must be raised via our customer service email, including your order number and photographs if required.
Upon acceptance, a return shipping label and instructions will be provided. Refunds (minus shipping costs, if applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days after items are received and inspected.
Exchanges can be made for a different size, subject to availability.
Bin Kahe reserves the right to refuse returns if items do not meet condition requirements.
Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, we will schedule a pickup for the order within 1-3 business days of placing the request with no additional costs.
